Excellent, professional, quick and friendly service. From time of calling to fixing the issue was only couple of hours. Suzi who took the call and organised everything was amazing and super friendly explaining the process and how it would work. We had a blocked toilet in our main bathroom and the dual flush mechanism in our second bathroom was broken.We called Apex plumbing and within 24 hours our main toilet was unblocked an due to the age of the old toilet we were show that the parts were unavailable then shown a few different types of new cisterns to choose from. After we made our choice the plumber left an came back half hour later with the new cistern and installed it.Friendly helpful staff at a great price.Thank you Apex plumbing

Our hot water tank was leaking. Called Apex Plumbing who came out when they said they would, Oscar inspected the tank and got it replaced that same morning, removed the old tank and left no mess. I must say I'm incredibly impressed with Apex Plumbing services. From the moment they diagnosed the cause of the serious leak from the exterior of my house into an inner wall they were upfront and honest - showing me photos of the problem and clearly explaining what needed to be done to fix the issue.Suzie, the really lovely lady who coordinated the work, was wonderful when it came to organising dates and times, and at all times kept me in the loop about weather conditions that would mean postponing or affecting the work etc.Cameron and Shane came out today and installed new right angled flashing on my parapet wall. Perfect workmen - on time, trustworthy and all round really nice guys, who I believe did an excellent job. All costs to do with the job were the same as the original quote, no add-ons or anything unexpected.To sum up, I find the people at Apex plumbing knowledgeable, really nice people and very honest. If I have need of this kind of service again there is no doubt in my mind that I will use them!

Needed a local plumber in lidcombe and found these guys. I called around many plumbing places and Apex customer service was by far the best, so professional and friendly. Would not recommend this business. Had a gas heater serviced and asked for a "button" to be fixed. They did put the spring in however it was not a genuine one so it made no difference ..however it still cost me $80 for nothing. Never again

Advertises free quote, but when you call to book wants to charge $45 callout fee.Google "Apex Plumbing free quote"I have screenshots and will add them here once I figure out how to.I even offered to email details and photos of what I required for an estimate of costs, instead of a callout. A different plumber has given me an email quote, another visited for a free quote.Linda then asked me about the types of things I required and obviously wasn't interested in taking the job as she told me "no, we do charge the callout fee, sorry we wish you all the best."A business with blatant false advertising, and notice all the 5 star reviews all posted on the same day......probably as authentic as their free quote offer 🙄.Apex is obviously focused on $$ not the customer. Foolish because you don't have one without the other.Definitely best to know before I let them near my property.

I can't recommend this business.I called them to fix a tap that was leaking. I was told the tap needed replacing and quoted $498 (+GST) to do the job. Luckily, I had a another builder coming for a different job and though to get them to look at the tap. Ten minutes and a $2 part later and the tap is as good as new.I can't help but feel that Apex's quote was dishonest and inflated.

I called asking for a quote AJ came out had a look at what the problem was and within minutes he figured out the problem and gave me a fair price to fix it on the spot. I also had a inquire about installing new tap wear around the house and asked AJ for advice and he picked out the best ones for me at a reasonable price where I was happy to pay for it.

Went with Apex based on these reviews. Not super happy with the results. Toilet had a broken valve, ended up being persuaded to buy a brand new toilet for $900+. Which is fine, except the job took until late into the evening, because he got the wrong size toilet for our pipe, and he had to modify it. There's also a mess of weird paste left where the seat is attached. Also, we'd asked him to replace an aerator on one of our taps and I think he just kind of forgot about that after the drama with the toilet. Probably wouldn't use Apex again.

This business is absolutely pathetic. They came to my parents house to clear a blocked line and within 10 minutes of starting the job there was an incident with a fire erupting in their Ute. My parents provided a fire extinguisher to help put it out and instead of being grateful for that they charged them $500 with a guarantee to return and complete the work. When they returned 3 weeks later , they said the work was more than they initially thought and would charge them more. Despicable behaviour, dishonest service and absolutely no regard for their customers. I called the plumber and spoke at length and instead of explaining the reason for charging so much, he threatened me with defamation If i wrote a google review. Cleary this business needs to be checked, now on to Fair Trading NSW to hopefully resolve the matter and return my parents money. Would not recommend to anyone!!

Started a new business called Brian's Odd Jobs Handyman Services and my first plumbing job was to contract out the upstairs leaking shower recess for waterproofing. I have worked with Apex Plumbing before in Newtown where we had several properties including rented boarding houses and Oscar and the team would always turn up on time at the drop of the hat and do whatever we could throw at him to fix with professional and precision workmanship.Didn't hesitate when I came across this job to call him on board. In a couple of days tiles removed, waterproofed and retiled and back in action for the tenants with a 10 year guarantee for a little over $3K. The quote for a washer to be changed in a single tap and a rubber seal replacement was over four hundred dollars. Much cheaper for cash if I wanted to negotiate with the boss over the phone. Ridiculous ! The young chap who came out hadn’t seen an old toilet like mine! Ridiculous! Glad to only pay fifty dollars for the call out fee and get rid of this plumber! I had another plumber do the job - $110.

Apex is the best! Called them first time to repair a badly leaking toilet cistern. Everything they promised, they delivered..which is rare nowadays. They are fast, honest, reliable, efficient & friendly. Very impressed with their service. Like that they charge per job, not per hour. I would highly recommend Oscar's work to anyone. I had a bock in the drain pipe just outside my house. I had many plumber details on my fridge and I just picked Apex Plumbing hoping that they do a good job. Oscar was smart enough to straight away guess where the problem was without doing much investigation. He explained the problem in simple terms and gave me the confidence that I was dealing with the right team. He took some pictures of the existing blocked pipes and explained to me why there was a block and what needs to be done. He charged me with very reasonable rates and I am happy with this work. I am going to keep keep them as my regular plumbers now.

After having a miserable experience from another plumbing company who ripped me off about prices and had severe problems taking out a tank and fixing my hot water system even after 7 hours of being in my home,I called Oscar to to tell him about the situation. He was happy to inform me about the situation, came and checked my system and let me know what was wrong. After getting the other plumbers out the door, Oscar was happy to give me a quote on a new system and delivered the quote asap. We arranged a time and he came in and fixed the system within an hour with professionalism,great humour and courtesy. My system is working great now. Props to the guys at Apex!

After several attempts at finding a good plumber that stands by their work I found the boys at Apex plumber in my letterbox via a fridge magnet.. We had several plumbers come out and charge us for keeping our toilet blocked.. Which I found appalling,however on the first attempt and at a reasonable price Oscar unblocked our toilet and have had no problems since.. I wish I found that fridge magnet earlier and saved myself some money from having unqualified,rogue plumbers charge us for work they could not complete.We also had a problem with drainage however Apex recommended that it was not necessary to outlay the money on that work at present . I thoroughly recommend Apex Plumbing with their experience and equipment to handle any job..

I have used Apex for my hot water cross connection issue in the apartment.The service is very good in keeping me updated with stage by stage explanation of how the issue will be resolved by writing as well as full explanation on the phone.The best thing is that he does the job on the date he said he will, never postpone, never breaking promises; I never have to chase to get update on the progress.This is very rare these days and I recommend the Apex service

After getting very expensive lack of service from another inner Sydney plumbing company, I happened across Oscar. The other company said they couldn't get a camera down my drainpipes. Within 5 minutes of Oscar arriving at the door, we were looking at his camera's video down the drainpipe. Oscar's philosophy is "how would I do this in my own home", so instead of digging up our floorboards etc "can of worms", Oscar thought laterally, and re-directed our pipes which seems such a sensible solution.He's your good old-fashioned honest tradesman, with loads of happy energy.
